يتحدث مؤلف الكتاب ويقول لقد قرأت تقارير وكتب وبحوث كثيرة جدا البرامج العالمية للإعداد البدني فوجدت في ذلك فرصة كبيرة لأقدم أهم مما جمعت كموسوعة تدريبية كروية في مطبوع متواضع ليكون مصدر آخر للمعرفة في مكتبة المدرب العربي ليسهل له الإختيار والمقارنة والبحث والإستخدام في حقل المعرفة الكروية كما أنني فضلت أن أضع كل موضوع على حدة ولذلك لم تأتي صفة السرعة على سبيل المثال في باب أو فصل واحد بل توزعت بين طيات الكتاب وقد شمل ذلك كل الصفات الباقية وبناء على ذلك سوف لن يجد القارئ مصادر التقارير كونها جانب واحد فقط للدراسات النظرية لبحث في الدكتوراه كتب في اللغة الإنكليزية بولاية تكساس في الولايات المتحدة الامريكية.
