تناول هذا الكتاب الحديث عن أعمال المصارف الإسلامية عبر ثلاثة فصول وخاتمة، مفهوم الحاجه المصرفية وأدلتها وقواعدها شروطها وضوابطها، أما الفصل الثاني : فقد بين طبيعة علاقة المصارف الإسلامية بالنظم الإدارية الحاكمة لأعمالها والمشرعة لقوانينها، فالمصارف الإسلامية بطبيعتها تحكتم إلى مجموعة من القوانين والتشريعات التي تنظم سير عملها وتضبط تعاملاتها، وفق أحكام وقوانين الدولة المنتمية لها، أما الفصل الثالث والأخير فاشتمل على نماذج تطبيقية لاعتبار الحاجة في معاملات المصارف الإسلامية المعاصرة.
