في مدينة تائهة بالزمن كتب على جدرانها \"نحن نقف في حضرة الموت\" تأخذنا الكاتبة الشابة \"روسم جبر\" إلى رواية مدينة كانت يوما ذات أمجاد كبيرة وخير وفير وما لبث أن دخلها الغرباء مبشرين بخير وافر وأمجاد كبيرة أكثر من ذي قبل لكن ما هي إلا سنوات وعاثوا بها خراب فجعلوها تائهة في زمن اللاعودة. ارتداء الموت.. بدلا من حقولها الخضراء وتغير لون النهر الأزرق إلى اللون الأحمر وصار شعبها يعاني ويلات الظلم والتقسيم. إنها رواية تحاكي نمط سردي حديث تتبعه الكاتبة في جعل الأسماء مبهمة لتأخذنا في متاهات الزمن وتترك للقارئ الباب موارب ليجيب عن تساؤلات كثيرة.
