يهدف الكتاب إلى تحسين مستوى تقبل الذات والرضا عن صورة الجسم لدى عينة من طلبة جامعة عجلون الوطنية، تكونت العينة من 30 طالب وطالبة تم اختيارهم عشوائي باستخدام المنهج شبه التجريبي، وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (a = 0.05) على مقياس تقبل الذات بين المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة على القياس البعدي تبعا لمتغير المستوى الاقتصادي.
