Overview
مسرحية «أندروماك» من أروع تراجيديات «راسين»، وربما من أجمل مسرحيات الأدب الفرنسي. يدور الصراع حول قصة حب، صحيح أنها تجد جذورها في الحروب الطروادية، وتدور في أروقة قصور الملوك وبين من تبقى من المشاركين في تلك الحروب وتبدو ناتجة منها، ولكن في خلفية هذا كله ثمة أرواح تحب وقلوب عطشى إلى الهوى. وتتصاعد أحداث المسرحية حينما يصل أوريست، الذي كان في الماضي عاشقا لهرميون مولها مبعوثا من اليونانيين الذين يريدون موت ابن أندروماك، بصفته الأخير في السلالة الملكية الطروادية ويجب أن يموت حتى لا تعود هذه السلالة إلى المطالبة بالعرش.
