إن الله جل شأنه وعلت قدرته شرع لنا من الدين هذه الفرائض في العبادات والمعاملات على لسان نبيه المصطفى عليه وعلى سائر الأنبياء أفضل الصلاة والسلام وأودع فيها من الحكم التي هي جامعة لكل ما فيه صلاح أمر الدنيا والدين معا، وليست هي أمورا تعبدية فقط أمرنا الخالق جل وعلا بأدائها فنحن نؤديها، ولا نبحث عن الحكمة في كونها أبوابا متنوعة وضروباً متعددة وكيفيات مخصوصة قولية وفعلية بدنية ومالية، هذا وقد جمع المؤلف في كتابه هذا الخاص في موضوع حكمة التشريع من الشوارد ما صعب فهمه لصعوبة العبارة وغمض مغزاه الغموض الإشارة وسماه (حكمة التشريع وفلسفته) وبين فيه تلك الحكم البالغة من كل الأمور التعبدية، زيادة على رأس الفضيلة الخاصة بها.
