يتناول كتاب (نقض المنطق) والذي قام بتأليفه شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية، موضوع (الفلسفة الإسلامية) هذا الكتاب في العقيدة والمنطق، يظهر جانبا خفيا وقويا عند ابن تيمية وهو علمه بالمنطق والحجج والبراهين الفلسفية، ففي هذا الكتاب يتحدث عن مذهب السلف في الإعتقاد، وصحة نسبة هذا المذهب إليهم، ثم يذكر المتكلمين مبينا وهن إعتقادهم، ويرد على قرينهم ردا قويا محكما. وقد تحدث ابن تيمية رحمه الله في هذا الكتاب عن الفلاسفة والباطنية وزندقتهم في زعمهم: أن الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم، لم يبين الحق المستور في باب التوحيد، راميا إياهم وعن دليل بالزندقة والكفر، كذلك يعرض ما رمي به ابن الجوزي الحنابلة من التجسيم، مبينا الحق جليا واضحا في هذه المسألة.
