كتاب \"المعاني البديعة في معرفة اختلاف أهل الشريعة\" للإمام محمد بن عبد الله بن أبي بكر الصردفي الريمي، قام بتحقيقه سيد محمد مهني. هو كتاب يبحث في الفقه المقارن ذكر فيه مسائل شتى اختلف فيها الفقهاء وبين حكم كل فيها ولكن مصنفه يبدأ بالشافعي في بداية كل مسألة، وهذا طبعا لأنه شافعي، وكأنه لتقرير المذهب الشافعي أولا وقد ابتدأ بكتاب الطهارة وانتهى بكتاب الإقرار.
