Overview
قامت الثورة التركية منذ حرب الاستقلال عام ١٩١٩، وكانت هذه الثورة حربا على الإنكليز واليونانبين الذين احتلوا كلا من إستانبول وأزمير وسامسون، أبان الحرب العالمية الأولى. وفي المرحلة الثانية أصبحت غابة هذه الثورة، تغيير أدوات العمل السياسي في النظام السياسي العثماني. ومن التطورات السياسية التي رافقت الحياة السياسية في المدة الواقعة بين ١٩١٩-١٩٣٨ وصول حزب الشعب الجمهوري إلى الحكم، وبذلك استطاع مصطفى كمال أن يسيطر على المؤسسة التنفيذية بعد أن أصبح رئيسا للجمهورية، كما احتفظ بالأغلبية في داخل المؤسسة التشريعية عن طريق المجلس الوطنى التركى الكبير.
