إن عجلة التاريخ لا تعرف الوقوف إنها تتحرك بسرعة متزايده في عصرنا هذا فالحروب والانقلابات والأزمات في داخل كل دولة من الدول أو ما بين دولة وأخرى قد توفر محطات تقف عندها الإنسانية لتفكر وتعيد النظر في الاتجاه أو في سرعة السير الذي تتخذه في هذه الحياة. وفي (2) أوت (آب) (1990) قامت الجمهورية العراقية بضم الكويت\" إلى العراق مما سبب الحرب والدمار للكويت والعراق وحدث ما دعيت بأزمة الخليج هذا وإن الأمة لأزمة الخليج الفضل في أنها كشفت عن حقيقة مواطن الضعف الكامنة في جسم العربية وفي أنظمة الحكم فيها. فقد ظهرت علل سياسية واجتماعية وأمراض نفسية وأخلاقية لابد من من علاجها إذا شئنا لأمتنا البقاء والازدهار .
