إن أطروحة الماجستير هذه تهدف إلى تنويع مدخلات العمل الأمني والإعلامي وتطوير كفاءة المنتسبين ورفع مستوى الوعي لديهم بما يخدم المستهدفات الاستراتيجية للعمل الأمني، وإبراز أحدث آليات التعاون مع الجهات المختصة بنشر الوعي الأمني، وتشجيع الشباب لمواجهة الاستقطاب والتجنيد الإلكتروني والتصدي له، لافتاً إلى أن الإعلام الأمني أضحى محورا رئيسيا في مواجهة الاستقطاب الإلكتروني من خلال التصدي لكافة أساليب وطرق الاستقطاب الفكري من خلال المنصات الإعلامية لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي والتي أضحت أدوات يستخدمها المغرضون في تصدير الفكر الإرهابي، كما له دور كبير ومساعد في وقاية الشباب من الاستقطاب الإلكتروني عن طريق الوقاية بالتوعية والثقافة والتجنيد.
