هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بيان دور نظم الذكاء الاصطناعي في تعزيز كفاءة تقييم معايير التميز الشرطي من خلال نظام (الشبكة العصبية الاصطناعية) في عام 2022، دراسة تطبيقية على وزارة الداخلية، مما يؤدي تطبيق هذا النظام المقترح (النموذج) وهو تحويل عملية التقييم التقليدية لمعايير التميز إلى التقييم الذكي عبر برامج الذكاء الاصطناعي ونظمه، وذلك من خلال نقل معارف المقيمين وخبرتهم إلى الآلة، مما يحقق الهدف الرئيسي للدراسة المتمثل في تعزيز كفاءة مخرجات التقييم من خلال استخدام النظم الذكية وحفظ الخبرة المعرفية المتراكمة وتطوير المورد البشري لمواكبة المؤشرات الوطنية والتوجهات الحكومية نحو الذكاء الاصطناعي الذي جاء كأحد بنود معايير التميز في المنظومة، والمتمثل في المعيار السادس للتمكين الذكي، وقد احتوى على أهم المبادئ المرتبطة بالمعيار وهو توظيف التكنولوجيا المستقبلية المتطورة : (الذكاء الاصطناعي، التعاملات الرقمية).
