يعالج هذا الكتاب ثلاثة موضوعات متكاملة : أولا : التكامل الاقتصادي بين البلدان النامية، ثانيا : التكامل الاقتصادي العربي، اتفاقياته، انجازاته. ثالثا : الوحدة الاقتصادية العربية الشاملة. فهو ينتقل من واقع مشخص يدرسه دراسة منهجية، موضوعية، وعلمية، لينتقل إلى ما يجب أن يكون عليه هذا الواقع. وتجدر الإشارة إلى فصل هام من فصوله، الرابع : وهو مكرس للتعاون المصرفي بين الدول العربية. ولا يخفى أن الوحدة الاقتصادية هي الأساس الذي تقوم ويجب أن تقوم عليه الوحدة العربية، أو الدولة العربية الموحدة، فهذه نتيجة لتلك. ومن المؤسف أن هذا الموضوع قلما عولج بشكل علمي دقيق.. فهذا الكتاب يلبي حاجة تزداد الحاحا إلى معرفة واقعنا العربي. وهو على إيجازه، غني بالأفكار، زاخر بالمعلومات.
