آلة الزمن : هي واحدة من أشهر روايات الخيال العلمي، كتبها هربرت جورج ويلز ونشرت لأول مرة في عام 1895. تتناول الرواية موضوع السفر عبر الزمن، حيث يصحبنا المؤلف في رحلة مثيرة عبر الزمن مستندا إلى أفكاره عن التطور البشري والاجتماعي. يسلط ويلز الضوء على مستقبل البشرية المظلم نظرا لاتساع الهوة بين الأغنياء والفقراء، حيث يظهر جنسان من البشر هما \"الإيلوي\" و\"المورلوك\". الترجمة العربية التي قام بها محمد أمين صباغ تقدم الرواية بلغة سلسة ومفهومة، مما يجعلها متاحة لجمهور أوسع من القراء العرب. هذه الترجمة تعد واحدة من العديد من الترجمات التي ساهمت في نشر أعمال ويلز في العالم العربي.
