كتاب «عمر أبو ريشة والفنون الجميلة» يدرس فيه ظاهرة متميزة عني بها الشاعر عمر أبو ريشة، وهي صلة الشعر بالفنون الجميلة، وقد تجلت هذه الصلة في شعره في شكلين : الأول استلهام الفنون الجميلة وكتابة القصيدة بوحي منها. والشكل الثاني الذي تجلت فيه هذه الظاهرة لدى الشاعر هو محاكاة الفنون الجميلة، والمقصود بالمحاكاة بناء القصيدة بناء يحاكي فيه الشاعر الفنون الجميلة ولا سيما الرسم والنحت والعمارة.
