Overview
تهدف هذه الدراسة أولا إلى القاء الضوء على صناعة الكتابة الدواوينية منذ نشأة الدولة الإسلامية إلى العصر المملوكي، كما تهدف ثانيا إلى إبراز دور الكتابة في الاتصال الإداري الرسمي الذي لعبته من خلال تأسيس الدواوين (الوزارات)، إن أهمية موضوع الكتابة كأداة للاتصال الإنساني لم يلق الاهتمام الذي يستحقه من الدارسين العرب، وقد يكون مرد ذلك الى أن مفهوم الاتصالات عموما لم يدخل بعد كنظام للقيادة والإدارة ولتبادل وتعميم العلم والمعرفة على نطاق واسع. وذلك على الرغم من أن الكتابة هي التي تلعب دور العنصر الأساسي في أي نظام للاتصالات.
