كتاب \"رحلة ابن جبير\" من اختيار وتقديم أحمد سعيد هواش، يستعرض الرحلة الشهيرة لابن جبير، الرحالة الأندلسي الذي جاب العالم الإسلامي في القرن الثاني عشر الميلادي. توثق هذه الرحلة تجارب ابن جبير وانطباعاته عن الأماكن التي زارها، بدءا من الحج إلى مكة والمدينة، مرورا بالعديد من المدن في مصر والشام والعراق والحجاز وغيرها، يقدم الكتاب تفاصيل غنية عن الحياة الاجتماعية والثقافية والسياسية في تلك المناطق في ذلك الوقت، ويسلط الضوء على الأوضاع الاقتصادية والمشاهد الطبيعية والعمارة الإسلامية، كما يعكس روح الاستكشاف والمعرفة التي تحلى بها ابن جبير، ويعد أحد أقدم الأعمال التي تقدم وصفا دقيقا للعالم الإسلامي في العصور الوسطى.
