Overview
تتحدث هذه المسرحية عن مؤتمر غاسلي الأدمغة والذي عقده القيصر الصيني لإيجاد حلول لمشكلة القطن، ويقصد بغاسلي الأدمغة الحكماء والذين اعتادوا بيع حكمتهم للعوام من الناس بأبخس الأثمان، يحاول الحكماء مساعدة القيصر ضد الشعب باختلاق الأكاذيب وعندما يفشل أحدهم يكون جزاؤه قطع رأسه. يستمر تدهور الحال حتى يضطر القيصر إلى الاستعانة بقاطع طريق وعصابته ويجعله يمسك زمام الأمور.
