في هذا الكتاب 100 نصيحة هي عبارة عن خواطر مبعثرة مقدمة \"فرخ البشيري\" لكل فتاة في سن المراهقة، ولكل فتاة تشعر بالضياع في حياتها، ولكل فتاة تعبت من المشاكل والمشاكسات مع الآخرين، ولكل فتاة تريد أن تستفيد. بدأت فرح كتابة هذا الكتاب وهي في سنة الثالثة عشر وأنهته في السنة اللاحقة، وقد أثبتت عن إمكانياتها الإبداعية من خلال مشاركتها العديدة في أولمبياد الإبداع عام 2011 و2012 في المملكة العربية السعودية وتملكها للوصول عام 2012 إلى المرحلة النهائية. يحاكي كتابها هذا سن المراهقة، حيث أخذت المقتطفات والخواطر الجميلة من الكتب التي أطلعت عليها، ومنها ما كتبته بنفسها بعد أن واجهت الكثير منها بالواقع لتعم بها الفائدة.
