يتناول الكتاب القصر الأحمر : يكتسب القصر الأحمر : قصر الملك سعود الذي قام بتأليفه عبد الله بن ناصر اليامي في حدود 182 صفحة من القطع المتوسط مكانته التاريخية في عدد من الجوانب أهمها أن القصر بني بأمر الملك عبد العزيز عام 1942 ليكون قصرا لابنه الملك سعود الذي كان آنذاك وليا للعهد إضافة إلى أن هذا القصر هو أول مبنى تم تشييده بالأسمنت والحديد في العاصمة وبعد انتقال الملك سعود إلي قصوره في الناصرية عام 1956 أصبح القصر الأحمر.
