يتناول كتاب (المنهج النفيس في تربية النفوس) والذي قامه بتأليفه (عادل السكري) في حوالي 245 صفحة من القطع المتوسط موضوع (التربية الإسلامية) مستعرضا المحتويات التالية : يأتي الكتاب في أربعة فصول، يعرض الأول مفهوم التقوى واهميتها فى القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية، والفصل الثانى يعدد مراتب التقوى وصفات المتقين، الفص الثالث يحثنا على التقوى ببيان اسبابها ونتائجها، اما الفصل الرابع والاخير فيحدد منهج التقوى فى حياة المتقين وينير الطريق امامنا بنجوم من المتقين رجالا ونساءا، الفصول الاربعة فيها طريق ممتد من القلب الى الرب. اوله كفاح وآخره فلاح.
