يتناول الكتاب حيث يشيرإلى أن البروتوكولات كشفت لأول مرة في روسيا حيث عانت روسيا في الربع الأخير من القرن التاسع عشر أكثر من غيرها من الإرهاب والتدمير الذي مارسته الحركة الصهيونية وكان قمة ما فعلوه اغتيال القيصر الروسي المصلح آلكسندر الثاني عام 1881 الذي كان من أهم مآثره أنه ألغى الرق في روسيا إضافة إلى محاولة سحق الفئة المبدعة في المجتمع الروسي ما دفع الروس إلى اتخاذ أشد التدابير على يدي آلكسندر الثالث. وبين علاء الدين في كتابه المترجم أن الباحث الروسي سيرغي نيلوس هو أول من فضح البرتوكولات ونشرها عام 1901 ووصلت طبعات الكتاب الذي تضمن البروتوكولات إلى ثلاث، موضحا أن أهم سمات البروتوكولات كما جاء أن الماسونية هي أداة في يد الحركة الصهيونية وتعمل على استخدام الرأي العام ضد أي عدو يواجه اليهود بعد السيطرة عليه.
