Overview
يعتمد هذا المقياس على نموذج Averill (1999) في قياس الإبداع الإنفعالي عبر ثلاث ركائز رئيسية : الاستعداد الإنفعالي، الجدة الإنفعالية، والفعالية/أصالة الانفعال. بعد ترجمته وتعديله، خضع لعملية تحقق ميداني باستخدام عينات مصرية وعربية، حيث تم تطبيقه على آلاف الطلاب بمختلف الجامعات. تم تطوير الخصائص السيكومترية مثل الثبات والصدق باستخدام التحليل العاملي التوكيدي، وأظهرت الدراسات ملاءمة جيدة للطراز الثلاثي دون فروق كبيرة بين استخدام تدريج ليكرت رباعي أو خماسي.
