\"In 2019, the U.S. was deemed the most pandemic prepared country in the world, and yet--according to former CDC director Dr. Tom Frieden, 'If an American had moved to Denmark, Norway or Finland in January 2020, her or his risk of dying from COVID would have been 5-10 times lower in 2020.
