يتناول هذا الكتاب الإلتزام المدني إذا نشأ في ذمة الشخص بفعل مصدر من المصادر فإنه يولد أثرا قانونيا وأول هذه الآثار تنفيذ الإلتزام طبقا لما اشتمل عليه وتنفيذ الالتزام من المدين لابد أن يقوم به المدين طوعا وبمضي إراداته واختياره وضمن المدة المحددة كذلك وبحسن نية ثم يورد إلى شروط هذا التنفيذ أن يكون التنفيذ العيني ممكنا وألا يكون فيه إرهاق للمدين وأن يطالب الدائن بالتنفيذ العيني وإن لا يكون في التنفيذ العيني ماس بحرية المدين الشخصية ثم يشير إلى أسلوب التنفيذ العيني الجبري عند توافر شروط وطرق الحصول على التنفيذ العيني كالإكراه البدني والتهديد المالي.
