يثير هذا الكتاب أسئلة وجودية لا ينفع معها هرب ولا نسيان أسئلة متجددة دائما طرحها الإنسان وما يزال يطرحها على نفسه في كل عصر وزمان من أنا ؟ كيف جئت إلى هذا الوجود ؟ وإلى أين المصير ؟ هذه الأسئلة وغيرها ألحت على مؤلف هذا الكتاب الأستاذ شوقي أمين أبو عكر بعد سنوات مليئة بالجهد والعلم والخبرة وأحد أهم هذه الأسئلة ماذا بعد ذلك ؟ وأسئلة أخرى تقول وأي معنى لهذه الحياة التي ختامها الموت ؟ هل من حياة جديدة بعد الموت ؟ ما هذه القوة الخفية التي أبدعت هذا الوجود من أرض وما عليها، ومن سماء وما فيها من الكواكب والنجوم التي تحصى ولا تعد ؟ من هو هذا الإنسان الذي قيل عنه آخر ما أبدعت الطبيعة جسده في مراحل التكوين المادي ولم يكن من صنعة أفضل من ذلك.
