يتناول كتاب (المراهم في أحكام فساد الدراهم : أحكام التعامل بالنقود المغشوشة وحكم ما ترتب منها في الذمة) والذي قامه بتأليفه (أبي العباس أحمد بن عبد العزيز الهلالي السجلماسي) في حوالي (154) صفحة هذا الكتاب تضمن كل فتاوى النقود التي تحرم الإقدام على كسرها أو قرضها أو غشها، وشددوا في إنزال العقوبة على عاشها ومزورها بالحبس المؤبد أحيانا، وبالقطع أحيانا، وبين حكم المعاملة بالمغشوش وضوابطه، وكيفية قضاء الديون المترتبة من بيع أو قرض، إذا زال التعامل بالمغشوش، وغير ذلك من الأحكام.
