Overview
ينقسم الكتاب إلى أربعة فصول يسبقها مبحث تمهيدي فخصص الفصل الأول لبيان الأحكام العامة في العزل إذ ابتدأ بتوضيح أساس قابلية الوكالة للعزل مرورا بأنواعه ومن ثم أحكامه العامة أما الفصل الثاني فقد تناول فيه مفهوم الوكالة غير القابلة للعزل أما الفصل الثالث فجاء منقسما ما بين أنواع الوكالة غير القابلة للعزل وبين النتائج المترتبة على عدم القابلية للعزل وأخيرا جاء الفصل الرابع بتفصيل حالات إنقضاء هذا النوع من الوكالات سواء كان بتطبيق القواعد العامة مركزا على ما للموت من أثر في إنتهائها أو بطريق مستمد من طبيعتها الخاصة.
