من الملاحظ في الأونة الأخيرة إن اتجاهات الطلاب نحو المدرسة قد أخذت مسارا عكسيا ولما كانت المدرسة هي المؤسسة التي أوجدها المجتمع لتربية ابنائه وفق القيم الاجتماعية السليمة في ضوء الأسس التربوية والعلمية السليمة لذلك يجب أن تنصب العناية نحو المدرسة كي تتمكن من تغيير اتجاهات الطلاب إيجابيا نحوها وان تعلمهم طريقة التفكير الصحيحة فمهمة المدرسة أذن هي التأثير في سلوك طلابها تأثيرا منظما يرسمه لها المجتمع ممثلا في فلسفته التربوية والاجماعية والاقتصادية فالمدرسة ليست مكانا يتجمع فيه الطلاب للتحصيل الدراسي فقط بل هي مجتمع صغير يتفاعلون فيه يتاثرون ويؤثرون ويتصلون ببعضضهم ويشعرون بإنتمائهم لبعضهم.
