لعل فكرة هذا الكتاب لم تكن مقصودة في البدء لكنها ما لبثت أن اتسمت بالقصدية بعد أن بدا لي وأنا أهم بالكتابة نقدا وتأويلاً على نصوص شعرية ونقدية أن هناك ريادة شعرية أكيدة بمسربيها الورقي والرقمي كان قد أيقظها إبداع الدكتور مشتاق عباس معن، إذ استطاع بمشروعه الإبداعي أن يؤجج الإهتمام الشعري والتفاعلي لدى النقاد بعد أن أخذت طروحات البناء الشعري والتجديد تتحرك بخطى حثيثة نحو التماسك الشكلي والموضوعي للتشظي الفني والتشتت الإبداعي.
