يحظى التنظيم المجتمعي بمكانة متميزة واهتمام كبير وذلك لأهمية الدور الذي يلعبه في حياة المنظمات واستمراريتها في القطاع العام والخاص، إذ يهتم التنظيم الإداري بتقسيم العمل وتوزيعه بين الأفراد، كما يسعى إلى توحيد الجهود اللازمة لتحقيق أهداف المنظمة وغاياتها، فضلا عن دوره في حل النزاعات المتعلقة بالاختصاصات وسعيه للاستخدام الأفضل للكفاءات البشرية من خلال توزيع الأدوار الوظيفية بشكل يتلاءم مع هذه الكفاءات وتحديد النشاطات وتسهيل عملية الإتصال الإداري بين المستويات الإدارية.
