تناول ىالكتاب حيث قسم الكاتب الكتاب إلى خمسة فصول ، ففى الفصل الأول تعرضنا لنظم الإحداثيات فى الفراغ الثلاثى البعد والتى هى الأساس الذى يُعتمد عليه فى تحليل المتجهات فى الفراغ. حيث تعرضنا فى هذا الفصل لكيفية تحديد إحداثيات نقطة فى الفراغ باستخدام أشهر نظم الإحداثيات وهى : الإحداثيات الكارتيزية، و الاسطوانية، والإحداثيات الكروية. أما فى الفصل الثانى فقد بينا الفرق بين الكميات القياسية والكميات المتجهة وكيفية تمثيل المتجه فى الفراغ و تحديد الزاوية بين متجهين وتعرضنا لبعض الخواص الهامة للمتجهات وكيفية تحديد متجه موضع نقطة فى الفراغ وأيضاً كتابة المتجه بدلالة جيوب تمام إتجاهه على محاور الإحداثيات.
