تناول هذا الكتاب بحث التنظيم القضائي الأردني، وقدم له بلمحة تاريخية عن تطور النظام القضائي في الوطن العربي، بصفة خاصة، ومدى تأثره بتلك الأنظمة. وهذه الموضوعات هي ما تناوله القسم الأول من هذا الكتاب. وبحث القسم الثاني، موضوع التقاضي (الدعوى والخصومة القضائية). وأما القسم الثالث فخصص للأحكام وطرق الطعن فيها، وهذان من قيدها وانتهاء الموضوعان هما الأساس الذي ترتكز عليه الخصومة القضائية بدءا بصدور الحكم النهائي فيها، وما يستتبعه من طرق الطعن المقررة له.
