تسعى الإدارة الصفية إلى توفير مناخ يسوده الإنضباط الذاتي القائم على شبكة من العلاقات بين المعلم والطلبة من جهة وبين الطلبة أنفسهم من جهة أخرى، ترتكز هذه الشبكة من العلاقات على منظومة من القيم الإجتماعية الإيجابية والتواصل والإتصال الفعال وتعنى بحاجات الطلبة وجوانب التباين بينهم، كما تتوخى الإتقان من خلال الحوار والمناقشة، إنها نظام (System) يسعى إلى تحقيق الأهداف بكل فاعلية وإلى تحسين حياة الفرد لأقصى درجة ممكنة.
