هذا الكتاب هو حصيلة أفكار وآراء ولكل منها بيدر قائم بذاته وعالم يعج بالأسرار، انتقلنا بها من مواسم الحصاد وجمع الغلال بعد أن استحصد الزرع إلى بيادر العمر فتم جمعها وحفظها بين دفتي كتاب، طامحين إلى مواسم أخرى إن شاء الله، مع إبقاء المحراث بيد والمنجل بيد ثانية، فكان لنا في كل سنبلة على كل بيدر، بل في كل حبة من كل سنبلة، فصل من رواية الأرض والحياة. وإذا كلمات الكتاب، هي سنابل الخير والبركة والجمال، نبتت في حقول الجهاد والنضال، بعد أن سقيناها بماء الصبر وعرق الجبين فتحولت إلى جداول منعشة من الآراء الحكيمة والمعاني الكريمة. شكلت ثروة كبرى من الأقوال واللطائف، بل خمائل من الحكم والنوادر والطرائف.
