Overview
يحاول هذا الكتاب توضيح الشروط الخاصة الواجب توافرها للتنفيذ ضد الكفيل من خلال قواعد واحكام قانون التنفيذ كونه جاء بأحكام وقاعد يلزم اتباعها عند التنفيذ الجبري، ومنها حق الكفيل في الدفع بالتجريد طبقا للمواد (336، 347) من قانون التنفيذ الجبري، وبالتالي لا يجوز التنفيذ عليه إلا بموجب سند تنفيذ صادر في مواجهته (الكفيل) أي لا يعتد بالسند الصادر في مواجهة المدين (المكفول عليه)
