لماذا نكتب عن الإبداع ؟ ولم هذا الإهتمام بالإبداع ؟ وما الذي دفعني لأن أتحدث معك عن الإبداع ؟ بكل بساطة لإن الإبداع يقود إلى التجديد، والتجديد يجعلنا نتقدم عن غيرنا، والناس والمؤسسات وحتى الدول يمكن أن نصنفهم ضمن قسمين، قسم متقدم ويسير في ركب التطور وهؤلاء هم المبدعون، وقسم آخر : قد وقف وقنع ورضى بما عنده، وهؤلاء هم الأتباع المقلدون، ففي أي فئة تريدين أن تكوني ؟ وإذا كنت تبحثين عن عمل جديد ؛ فهل تختارين مؤسسة مبدعة أم مقلدة ؟ أنا متأكد بأن كل الناس يريدون أن يكونوا ناجحين متقدمين مبدعين، وطريق التقدم لا يمكن أن نسير فيه بدون إبداع وابتكار، فإذا كنت تريدين السير في طريق التقدم فتسلحي بالإبداع.
