لا شك في أن اللغة الشعرية ميزان إبداع كل تجربة شعرية لا سيما إذا أدركنا أن اللعبة الشعرية بالأساس لعبة لغوية يقوم بها كل شاعر بطريقته الخاصة ورؤيته الفنية الخلاقة فالقارئ للحداثة الشعرية يلحظ معنا تطور اللغة الشعرية بشكل ملحوظ إذا دخلت إلى حقل هذه اللغة مفردات جديدة لم تكن بالحسبان أن تأتي على هذه الشاكلة أو تلك أي دخلت حقل الشعرية الكثير من المفردات الشاذة التي لم تكن لتدخل نطاق هذه اللغة لولا الأنفتاح على الحضارة الشعرية في الغرب وما وصلت إليه من غنى قاموسي ومفردات جديدة ومشتقات لغوية لم تكن مستساغة في ذلك الوقت وبتصورنا إن اللغة الشعرية الحداثية اليوم لغة متمردة في شكلها وإيقاعها الجمالي الخلاق.
