كشفت هذه الدراسة عن إمكانية وجود خلافة في الصفة الموضوعية، أي الخلافة في الحق الموضوعي وانتقاله من شخص إلى آخر، مثلما هو مستقر عليه من وجود خلافة في الصفة الإجرائية إذ أنه تحل إرادة صاحب الصفة غير العادية محل إرادة صاحب الصفة العادية في الدعوى، وتنصرف الآثار القانونية إلى الأصيل (صاحب الصفة العادية) ويستفيد منها صاحب الصفة غير العادية بطريق غير مباشر، كما كشفت هذه الدراسة أيضا عن انتقال فكرة التدرج للمصالح إلى موضوع الصفة ذاتها فتتدرج من صفة فردية إلى صفة جماعية ثم إلى صفة عامة، وفقا لدورها في تحقيق الحماية القضائية لأصحابها.
