يتناول كتاب (الذاكرة المفقودة لتاريخ قانون حق المؤلف المصري : الفقهاء لينان دو بلفون وبوبيكوفيه وبيولا كازلي) والذي قام بتأليفه ياسر عمر أمين أبو النصر في حوالي (600) صفحة من القطع المتوسط موضوع (حماية حقوق التأليف والنشر)، حيث يوثق لتاريخ قانون حق المؤلف المصري منذ عام 1875 حتى عام 1960 ويعتبر الكتاب هو أول من أعاد الذاكرة المفقودة لتاريخ ذلك القانون من خلال ما أزاله من القتاد وذلك بالكشف عن هؤلاء الفقهاء الثلاثة، الذين حفروا بأظافرهم في صخر الملكية الفكرية، ثم نساهم أو تناسهم التاريخ وهم الفقهاء لينان دو بلفون وبوبيكوفيه وبيولا كازلي.
