وسوف تشتمل دراستنا على مقارنات بين القانون المصري واللبناني وبعض القوانين بفكرة التقريب بين هذه القوانين، فقد تنتهي في يوم ما إلى قانون موحد، العربية الأخرى، أخذا مع ملاحظة أن بعض القوانين العربية قد استرشدت بالقانون المصري السابق، وأن اختلفت عنه في بعض الأحوال، وقد يستوقفنا هذا الخلاف للتحقق من القاعدة التي نراها الأنسب في هذا الصدد. وسوف نختار في كتابتنا المصطلحات التي تتطابق مع اللغة العربية الصحيحة دون ً التقيد بما إذا كانت واردة في القانون المصري أو اللبناني، أو غيرهما من القوانين العربية، تمشيا مع ما نادينا به من قبل حتى تتوحد المصطلحات القانونية في اللغة الواحدة.
