يسجل \"خليل مردم بك\" رئيس المجمع العلمي العربي في هذا الكتاب الأحداث اليومية التي تجري في دمشق وذلك لسنة 1363 للهجرة على غرار يوميات البديري واليوميات لا تعدو عن كونها ذكرا لحوادث عدة أشهر من السنة الملمع إليها كان أطلق عليها المرحوم (كل يوم) ولكن المحثث أثر أن يستبدل العنوان بكلمة يوميات وقام بطبعها لمأ الق بها من عظيم الفائدة وجليل الأثر ناهيك ما امتازت به من روعة البيان والنظرة العيمقة لكل شاردة أتى على ذكرها صاحب اليوميات.
