الحمد لله الذي خلق الإنسان في أحسن تقويم . وجعل نسلة من سلالة من طين. وجعل مما تنبت الأرض ما يكفل له البقاء إلى أن يرث الأرض أحكم الحاكمين. والصلاة والسلام على المبعوث رحمة للعالمين المنزل عليه \"وكلوا واشربوا ولا تسرفوا لا يحل المسرفين\" فإذا أمعنا النظر بعناية وتأمل ولو مرة واحدة في الجسم الإنساني لوقف الناظر مذهولا يحار منه العقل ويعجز أمام النظام العجيب الذي أبدعه أحسن الخالقين الله عز ثناؤه حين جعل منه الحصن والهدف وجيش الهجوم وجيش الدفاع ومعامل توليد الطاقة التي تعطي الجسم ما يحتاج إليه من مقومات الحياة وحفظ الصحة والقوة ممثلا فيما تنتبته الأرض من الزروع والنبات والثمار مما ألهم الحق تعالى الإنسان إلى تناوله بفطرته من الماء والغذاء والهواء.
