تتناول موسوعة (موسوعة نباتات الإمارات العربية المتحدة في تراث الطب الشعبي) والتي قام بتأليفها علي علي الغنيمي في حوالي (568) صفحة من القطع المتوسط موضوع (الطب الشعبي) حيث تتناول الموسوعة الكثير من النباتات والأعشاب واستخداماتها في الطب البديل، وقد ذكر مؤلف الكتاب أن هناك الكثير من هذه النباتات والأعشاب موجودة في بيئتنا العربية ولها فوائد كثيرة في علاج الكثير من الأمراض الباطنية والجلدية والتنفسية وغيرها، وقد استعرضها ووضح استخداماتها تفصيليا.
