نص مسرحي غنائي يقوم على قصة مأخوذة عن \" المهابهاراتا \" فيما كان \" أرجونا \" يسعى في مضطربه، استجابة لنذر له توقف في \"مانيبو\" وبصر ثمة بالحسناء \"شيترانفادا\" ابنة \"شيترافاهانا\" ملك المقاطعة، ففتن بقسماتها وخطبها إلى أبيها واستوضحه \"شترا فاهانا\" عن شخصه، ولما عرف أن الماثل أمامه هو \"أرجونا باندافا \" اشترط عليه أن الغلام الذي سيولد منها، ينبغي أن تنحدر منه سلالته، هذا الغلام هو الثمن الذي سأطالب به لقاء هذا الزواج، فلك أن تبني بها إن شئت بهذا الشرط، فوعده \"أرجونا\" بذلك واتخذ \"شيترا نفادا\" زوجا له، وعاش معها في عاصمة أبيها أعواما ثلاثة، ولما رزق منها بغلام عانقها بحنان وودعها ثم ودع أباها وانصرف عائدا إلى رحلته.
