Interest is an essential element of the capitalist system adopted by many countries all over the world, Unlike that system, the divine religions and the laws of those countries prohibit the interest to different extents. According to the article 710 of the UAE Civil Law, the Loan is \"to devote money or similar value to another person who will be obliged to pay back the same value, type and characteristic to the lender at the end of the loan period\". Article 714 of the same law says that \"if the contract referred to an extra expense for purposes beyond guaranteeing the lender's right, the term becomes invalid while the contract is correct\". Therefore, basically the loan is free (Hassan) as stated by the divine religions Judaism Christianity and Islam. After that, the research discussed the commercial lawss' trends in the field of prohibiting or allowing the interest-based actions.
