يتحدث كتاب (الإشارات الإثنوغرافية في القصة القصيرة الفلسطينية) والتي قامت بتأليفه (الدكتورة خولة محمد الوادي) في حوالي (2) مجلد، عن الفضاءات المكانية في النصوص القصصية التي تقترن بالمكان الفلسطيني ذي الصبغة الحقيقية والدلالة الامتدادية والتحولات اللامتناهية من المدلولات التي ترتبط بحميمية المكان وشرعيته-والعلاقات المتقاطعة بين المكان والإنسان، والفضاء المكاني ملفوظ ثابت يمارس في النص القص.
