ترك كل من التحضر والتصنيع آثارهما على مؤسسات المجتمع العراقي منذ منتصف هذا القرن وبضمنها الأسرة حيث طرأت تغيرات في بنائها ووظائفها الأمر الذي أثر على طبيعة العلاقات الداخلية للأسرة وعلي طبيعة علاقاتها مع أقاربها والأسرة في تلكيف قد تأثرت بهذه التغيرات أيضا لكونها إحدى صور الأسرة العراقية ويحاول هذا البحث دراسة طبيعة العلاقات القرابية للأسرة التلكيفية هل تعرضت للتغيير أم أنها بقيت كما هي عليه علاقات تقليدية ؟ وتوصل البحث إلى أن العلاقات القرابية في تكليف قوية وأن الأسرة ليست منعزلة عن أقاربها (كما هو الحال في الأسرة الأوربية) وهذا يعود إلى طبيعة القيم البيئية والعادات الاجتماعية السائدة الذي يجعل استجابة الأسرة في تلكيف للتغيير تختلف عن استجابة الأسرة الأوربية.

The present research is a primary attempt to deduce mosul city from asoico-anthropological point of view in order identify the most important limitations of the Personality. It. thus reveals the basic features of it. The researcher has started extracting some general results of the studies of national personality along the second half of the 20th century starting from the pioneenring attempt of dr. Ali Al Wardi. The researcher depends on four basic limitations: a. Hereditary and bioloaical limitations. b. Limitations of geographical environment. c. Limitations of sociological environment. d. Cultural limitations. The researcher has tried to extract the effects of these limitations by analysing the historical and geographical data and their effects on the forms and values of social and cultural building. He then draws an image of mosuli personality which combines both the characters of a smart clever merchant. Who can snipe chances and is able to respond to the ups and downs of business affairs with the capacity of dodging. He also carries the characters of a military worrier. Who is tuff self- confident and obedience. In some opposing mothers, the character of a military man replaces those of merchant. Therefore, this character is generally characterized by a sharp mind and the great ability to cope with the different situations and self-communing. Such a personality, however, loses the future of initiating to be replaced a headmaster, or a party or political official. Full obedience is required by those of lowness in the power hierarchy. This explains why mosuli is extremely successful when put in the second rank, in executive functions, and as a consultative rather than to be in a position to make decisions.

باعة الأرصفة : دراسة سوسيوانثروبولوجية في مدينة الموصل
البيع على الأرصفة أصبح بديلاً عن السوق بسبب أزمة البطالة وعدم قدرة المؤسسات الاقتصادية على استيعاب القوى العاملة، وهذا البحث حاول الكشف عن الظاهرة حيث أنها لم تبحث علمياً في العراق. وذلك من خلال دراسة عينة من باعة الأرصفة في مدينة الموصل، وقد أوضحت نتائج البحث أن المبحوثين لجأوا إلى هذا العمل بسبب عدم توفر مجالات العمل لهم برغم حصول غالبيتهم على شهادات جامعية، وانهم يتعرضون للكثير من المشكلات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والنفسية، والى ضغوط متعددة من أصحاب المحلات ودوائر البلدية والشرطة ويأملون الخلاص من كل هذا عن طريق تدخل الدولة ومؤسساتها لتوفير فرص عمل مناسبة لهم وإعادة تأهيلهم ليتمكنوا من ممارسة أدوارهم بنجاح في مجالات العمل التي يتوقع توفرها في الفترة القادمة.
