高校图书馆在进行MOOC资源建设时,应首先调查分析其用户群体的类型、规模和需求特征,然后再根据需求强度及种类的不同,合理设置MOOC资源主题。再通过多方资金引入的方式,夯实建设资金基础,通过与多个高校以及校内多个部门合作,共同完成MOOC资源建设。通过数据分析功能,对MOOC资源进行有效管理,优胜劣汰、及时更新,为读者适时地推送更多、更好的MOOC资源。
