Educational Integration of People with Special Needs
2024
The attention to individuals with special needs has become a crucial demand among the advancements and comprehensive development of modern societies, which are characterized by changes and evolutions in general life concepts, especially within the educational system. A modern trend has emerged, advocating for the inclusion of disabled individuals in regular schools and recognizing their rights to a normal school life alongside their non-disabled peers, moving away from the isolation system long adopted by special education. Within this context, the research paper aims to explore the school integration process for individuals with special needs by defining the concept of school integration, its goals, the expected benefits thereof, the essential conditions for successful integration, and combating the isolation of people with special needs.

Bureaucratic Practices in Algerian Administration
2025
The Algerian administrations are plagued by several negative practices such as nepotism, bribery, and indifference. These issues have grown progressively severe, to the extent that they are now perceived as a major threat to the continuity of organizations. This study aims to explore these practices and determine their underlying causes. We examine whether these issues stem from the personality of employees who manipulate work laws and procedures for personal gain, whether the procedures themselves hinder effective performance, or if they are due to the working conditions and pressures faced by employees. To address these questions, we traced the development of bureaucratic organizations and analyzed decisions made by authorities aimed at making the administration more accessible to citizens and adapting to international scientific advancements. Our goal was to evaluate their role in mitigating these detrimental practices. The study concludes that these malpractices result from a complex interplay of factors, primarily including the social environment, organizational culture, opportunistic behaviors of some employees, and rigid rules that suppress creativity.
